Khaleda Begum
Many of you may remember the story of Nargis’s mother, Khaleda Begum, from Al Ihsan Orphanage, who lived in a broken tin-roofed shelter with no proper home. Alhamdulillah, with your generous support, Al Ihsan provided her with a donation of 100,000 Taka to repair her home, bringing her much-needed relief and heartfelt prayers for everyone who extended a helping hand.
Three Orphan Sisters
Three orphaned sisters lost their father eight years ago when they were just little girls. After their mother remarried and left, their aunt took them in and cared for them. However, after the passing of their uncle, the family faced an even more desperate situation, leading their aunt to make the painful decision to entrust the girls to Al Ihsan. Mayma's Story
Despite growing up in deep poverty, Mayma is determined to pursue her education. One of eight siblings, she faces immense challenges—her father is paralyzed, one brother is mentally challenged, and the family has no stable support. Her three elder sisters give tuition to help, while her elder brother works as a day laborer. Today, Mayma is studying in class 8 at Al Ihsan, holding onto hope through education.
